Triage Policy

We understand that the clinic can be busy at times, leading to longer waiting periods. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we strive to provide the best care for everyone.

 

If you or your loved ones are experiencing any of the following conditions, please inform our front desk staff immediately:

• Fever above 39°C in children under 6 years old

• Chest pain

• Shortness of breath

• Dizziness or giddiness

• Injury with active bleeding

 

Our staff will assess your condition and notify the doctor on duty. Priority will be given based on medical triage principles, but please note that seeking attention for these conditions does not guarantee immediate priority.
