We’re going digital to make things easier and more convenient for you.

Many patients have shared that it’s much easier to submit MCs and invoices for insurance or HR claims when they’re sent digitally. With documents delivered via WhatsApp, you can easily forward them to your employer or insurer without worrying about misplacing paper copies.

It’s also part of our effort to be more eco-friendly and reduce paper waste, while keeping your information quickly accessible.

DigiMC is Singapore’s official digital medical certificate system, supported by the Ministry of Health and GovTech. It lets you receive, view, and share your MC without needing a physical copy.

After your consultation, you will receive a WhatsApp message from us with a DigiMC link.

Note: If this is your first time receiving a WhatsApp message from our clinic, you might not be able to open the link immediately due to WhatsApp’s security features. Just reply with a simple “Hi” or a ❤️, and the link will become accessible.

Your invoice will be sent via WhatsApp as a PDF attachment.

These will still be printed and handed to you physically. We plan to include them in a later phase of digitalisation.

Yes. DigiMC links and PDF invoices are sent via end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp messages, ensuring your documents are private and accessible only by you.

Absolutely! Open the DigiMC link and you can forward or send it via WhatsApp, email, or any platform.

Yes, we understand that some people may still prefer a printed MC or invoice. Just let us know, and we’ll print it for you upon request. 😀

Yes! Reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone, and we’ll resend the document or DigiMC link.

Yes. DigiMC is a nationally recognised and government-supported platform, and most employers in Singapore accept it as a valid MC. You can forward the link directly to your HR department.

Yes. There is no additional charge for receiving your MC and invoice digitally via WhatsApp.
