That model of care—a trusted family doctor who journeys with the same patients through life’s ups and downs—left a deep and lasting impression on them.

In many corporate clinics, doctors rotate frequently, and the focus often leans toward speed and high patient turnover. As a result, continuity of care has quietly eroded. The long-standing relationship between a family and their doctor—built on trust and familiarity—has been replaced by a fast-paced model that can feel rushed and disconnected. In the pursuit of efficiency, we risk losing the very heart of Family Medicine: trust, understanding, and a sense of being truly cared for.
