Advance Queue Policy

To ensure fairness to all waiting patients, we do not issue queue numbers in advance. However, we understand that certain patients may face challenges with registration, such as:

  • Patients with mobility difficulties (e.g., wheelchair users, elderly requiring assistance)

  • Young infants who may require extra care

For such cases, we will do our best to assist where possible.

 

Important Notes:

  • Patients must arrive within 30 minutes of receiving their queue number or before registration closes, whichever is earlier.

  • If a patient does not arrive within this timeframe, a new queue number will need to be issued.

  • If patient arrives after the last registration time, we may not be able to issue a new queue number unless it is a medical emergency.
