Missed Queue Policy

We understand that waiting time can be long at times in the clinic, and you may wish to step out for a short break. If you choose to do so, please inform our front desk staff when you return so we can reinstate your queue number.

However, if your number has already been called, we may not be able to attend to you immediately upon your return. Rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

 

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated in helping us provide a smooth and pleasant experience for all our patients and staff.
