Clinic Appointment Policy

At Greenhealth Family Clinic, we do our best to keep to scheduled appointment times. However, as healthcare can be unpredictable, emergencies may occasionally cause delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
 

• First-Time Visitors: If you’re visiting us for the first time, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete registration.

 

• Arriving on Time: To ensure a smooth experience for all patients, we encourage you to arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, so we provide a 10-minute grace period. If the clinic is especially busy, there may still be a short wait before we can call your queue number.

 

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we will have to place you in the walk-in queue and you will be attended based on arrival time. If you prefer, we’ll be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment to a more convenient time.
